Duties & Responsibilities
IQbusiness is in search for a RPA Business Analyst on a contract basis for projects within our Process Innovation Practice. The individual must be ready to innovate and explore what's possible in the world or robotics and be able to work cross-functionally with business operations and technical developers to create and optimize workflow automation processes. You must also be able to lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. The successful applicant will need to have experience in automation technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prisim and Automation Anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide business with process automation recommendations
- Be able to realise business value of automation to potential clients
- Design and test automation workflows by working closely with developers
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
- Create process and end-user documentation
- Assure the quality of the automation process (QA processes)
- Work with RPA Developers, Scrum Masters, Change Managers, Data Analysts and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
- Support deployments or troubleshoot process issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies, and business processes
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelors' Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution
- Hands on experience on RPA tools as well and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc
- 2+ years' experience working specifically on process automation projects
- Overall minimum of 4 years of experience in a business process optimisation role
- Able to design a Process Design documents for RPA Projects
- Platform RPA Business Analysis certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided)
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Understanding of workflow-based logic
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Experience designing workflow based solutions or functionality
