Description
An established multinational leader in the pharmaceutical sector has an opportunity for an RA Pharmacist with at least 2 to 3 years of solid RA dossier compilation experience to step into the role of RA Pharmacist and RP.
There is some QA work too relating to batch release.
Your primary function is Regulatory Affairs and being the RP.
There is some QA batch release work, being present for GMP audits, and some Pharmacovigilance work too.
This is a good opportunity for an up-and-coming RA Pharmacist (with 2 t0 4 years of RA experience) to gain experience and exposure to RP, QA and Pharmacovigilance functions under the guidance of an experienced team. You do not need to have been RP before to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose:
Regulatory Affairs - Full-function RA work. New dossier registrations in CTD format, updates, pre and post registration amendments, packaging and marketing material reviews etc.
Responsible Pharmacist – ensure compliance with all provisions of the Pharmacy Act, liaise with SAHPRA etc.
Quality Assurance Pharmacist – ensuring compliance of batch documentation, vendor GMP and GCP inspection audits when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- B.Pharm degree (Not B.Sc)
- 2 – 3 years of solid RA Pharmacist experience compiling dossiers
- QA experience or understanding of batch release document requirements.
- An understanding of what is required for an audit.
- An understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Responsible Pharmacist.
- Location close to Alberton West.
- Excellent references are a requirement.
Package & Remuneration
About R60k ctc per month, negotiable.
Plus an annual bonus.
Total salary package around R800k.
