Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Retail Manager for a private group of Lodges based in the Sabi Sands. The candidate needs to be organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to cross and up-sell guests on products within the shop.

Responsibilities:
•    Safari Shop Sales and related Administration
•    Stock Control, Stock Handling and related Administration
•    Management of Sales Assistants
•    Guest liaison and Hosting

Requirements:

•    Grade 12/ Matric
•    Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar 5 star environment
•    Drivers Licence essentialPersonal Traits:•    Outgoing personality with excellent sales skills
•    Effective communicator
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and be flexible at all times, considering the location and environment s/he is working in
•    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
•    Knowledge of Micros POS/MyInventory is preferable

Package:
•    Monthly Salary R10,000 NEG
