Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ management experience as an Operations / Area Manager in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and build strong relationships at all levels
- Proven managerial and leadership skills (inspirational leadership)
- Proactive management and the ability to work unaided
- Innovative thinking and solution-focused
- Independent
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Qualification in Business or Retail Management advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel extensively within Johannesburg
