Description
We are looking for Restaurant Managers across the various 5* and upmarket restaurant properties of the Kove Collection from floor management to GM.
Ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 - 4 years senior management experience in an upmarket restaurant environment
- Be highly presentable and used to working in trendy environments
- Be willing to work 6 days a week on a shift basis
- Be energetic and driven individual who is passionate about the industry
- Understand the importance of attention to detail to create luxury experiences
