Duties & Responsibilities
General management of restaurant
Staff management
Stock control and orders
Monthly reporting
Customer queries and complaints control
Health and Safety
Desired Experience & Qualification
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar position
Willing to work hospitality hours - including weekends and public holidays
Ability to interact with clients and dealing with customer queries and complaints
Knowledge of stock ordering, stock control and weekly/monthly reports
Accuracy and speed to handle emergency situations and provide solutions
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
Good knowledge of health and safety standards
Excellent record of staff management, training and scheduling (Bartenders & Waiters)
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Good level of numeracy
Must be computer literate (MS Office) and knowledge of Point of Sale Systems (Semper, Pilot, GAAP)
Must be willing to relocate and position is single live-in
