Description
Seeking a Resident Engineer (PrEng/ PrTech) with at least 15 - 20 years experence in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, for a 36 month fixed term contract to be based in Kokstad.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering
- 15 or more years experience in Construction Management roles
- Experience on SANRAL projects is essential
- Labour Intensive Construction NQF 5 qualification
- Experience in concrete drainage, paving, block paving, drainage and roadworks
- Affluent in Project Management and applicable software (MS Projects).
- A proven track record in the management of emerging contractors (or subcontractors) and the implementation of Community Participation Goals.
- Good adminstrative and report writing skills.
