A national group within the Hospitality Sector is looking for an experienced Reservations Sales Manager to join their Durban team

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The overall management of the Reservations function of the group including meeting all of the in and outbound call center financial objectives by understanding business requirements; preparing an annual budget for Club and Rentals, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Driving skills training on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensuring that all agents can operate at a level of excellence on calls with clients.
  • Maintain and update sales scripts and Quality Control for the department.
  • Interact with marketing to improve lead generation based on the team’s capacity and seasonal requirements and feedback on efficiency of various campaigns
  • Succession planning and the development of core supervisors in the team
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
  • Responsible for all HR related objectives including recruiting, training, and disciplining employees as well as communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing individual staff production.
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

  • Minimum 5 years Call Centre Sales Management

  • Strong Financial acumen
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proficient on IRIS 2 and Advanced excel advantageous
  • Able to deal with irate customers
  • Strong ability to problem solve and multi-task

Package & Remuneration

R40 000.00 CTC plus commission structure
