Responsibilities:

• Preparation and presentation of research strategy for client
• Research and successful identification of potential acquirers
• Prospect Engagement (via telephonic and/or email) to present opportunity.
• Integration and alignment with deal team underpinned by values, growth and integrity
• Preparation of prospect overviews for meetings
• Ad hoc project related initiatives
