Duties & Responsibilities
- Sourcing, Interviewing and screening of prospective candidates
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle from the initial introduction of candidates
- Advertising, shortlisting and managing candidate applications through various channels
- Conducting reference checks for successful candidates
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree ( Preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years professional experience
- Solid experience dealing with clients and candidates
- High level of organization and self-discipline
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
