Experience:

Qualification:
Grade 12 or equivalent

- Exceptional telephone manners and frontline articulation skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Frontline and first image of company - Smartly dressed
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Maintains telecommunications system together with IT DEPT
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitor logbooks and ensuring the visitors have visitor badges
- Maintains telecommunication systems by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operations
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documentation and communication actions, irregularities and continuing needs
- Excellent Microsoft package knowledge (Excel).
- Minimal supervision
