You’re used to being the first point of contact in an organisation and understand just how important first impressions are! You communicate professionally and clearly and can deal with high volumes of calls. You have strong administration skills and are experienced in managing a reception area.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be responsible for the reception area and a switchboard of 110 numbers. You will be responsible for coordinating couriers, ensuring clients are served refreshments, coordinating the cleaning team, and assisting the Directors with ad hoc administrative tasks and diary management.

What you’ll need

A matric is essential and a diploma or degree with an Admin focus would be ideal. You must have strong English verbal and written skills. 3 years of reception and switchboard experience within a professional environment (financial preferred), is essential.
