Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE
- CP QSB is the single point of contact for all Sensors within the plant
- Facilitate containment and pro-actively reduce Series supplier quality related topics
- Prioritise and supervises workload for the Service Provider CP Team QSB
- Generates the shift handover report and represents the containment activities for the previous 24 hours in the daily QMT Frontdesk Production meeting.
- Investigates best possible immediate containment action when deemed a potential supplier topic
- Approves the Sort Action Work instruction
- Raises a Quality Incident to notify other business locations and the supplier of the defect
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years Automotive experience, Assembly online or Offline
- Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to make and enforce decisions
- Open to SA Citizens / Permanent Residents
Technical/Functional Skills
- 3-5 years working experience within Assembly online/ Offline area
- Ms Office applications
- Problem resolution Process
- Quality Problem solving skills
- Ability to interpret and apply Group standards
- Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings
- SAP, B2B, qCAT
