Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE

  • CP QSB is the single point of contact for all Sensors within the plant
  • Facilitate containment and pro-actively reduce Series supplier quality related topics
  • Prioritise and supervises workload for the Service Provider CP Team QSB
  • Generates the shift handover report and represents the containment activities for the previous 24 hours in the daily QMT Frontdesk Production meeting.
  • Investigates best possible immediate containment action when deemed a potential supplier topic
  • Approves the Sort Action Work instruction
  • Raises a Quality Incident to notify other business locations and the supplier of the defect

Desired Experience & Qualification

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years Automotive experience, Assembly online or Offline
  • Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to make and enforce decisions
  • Open to SA Citizens / Permanent Residents

 

Technical/Functional Skills

  • 3-5 years working experience within Assembly online/ Offline area
  • Ms Office applications
  • Problem resolution Process
  • Quality Problem solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply Group standards
  • Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings
  • SAP, B2B, qCAT
