Description
A credit finance company is seeking a QA Administrator to join their company.This is an opportunity to play a key role in the day to day running of the organisation. In this role you will support the Director: Operations, working closely with him to ensure optimum operational efficiency and maintenance of required level of governance & compliance that the company is required to comply with.
Duties & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance for the Group
- Implement and Monitor the QA process (Internal Call Centre QA)
- Conduct all assessments
- Monthly reporting
- Trend Reviews
- Coach Staff for QA/Performance Improvement
- Staff Training
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric and Qualification in Call Centre Management
- 3 Years’ Experience in Call Centre Management
- Must be able to interpret Most South African Languages
- Attention to detail,Logical Thinker, Problem Solver,Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
