Description
Our client, based in Pretoria East, is seeking the services of an experienced Client Services Consultant to provide technical support and training on their Time & Attendance software to their clients. Only applicants who are PSIRA registered and have the necessary experience in a similar technical support environment will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and training on various Software packages (with a focus on Time & Attendance software);
- Document work and processes;
- Liaise with customers and other stakeholders;
- Efficient software problem solving;
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- PSIRA Registered
- Highly computer literate
- Network knowledge advantageous
- Working experience with developing MSSQL scripts, views and stored procedures
- Working experience with the full MSÂ Office Suite
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in technical security solutions
- Workforce management knowledge an advantage
- Good presentation skills, must be comfortable presenting and training to an audience
- Able to work under pressure
- Clean criminal and credit record
- Own transport with valid Drivers license
Package & Remuneration
R260 000 - R300 000 per annum (dep on skills & exp)
