Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is looking for a Property Specialist to join their team.

Key functions:

• Legislation pertaining to property management.
• Operational management of communities.
• Bookkeeping up to and including Trial Balance.
• Contract management.
• Project management.
• Preventative maintenance plan management.
• Staff management and Human Resource functionality.
• Meeting management.
• Customer service and client liaison.
• Staff Training.
• General Administrative Duties.

Starting date: Immediately or as soon as possible.

Salary offered: R15000 - R20 000 per month.
