Our client is an international Sports retailer stocking a wide range of sporting goods.

They require a Property Development Manager locally to identify and deliver new stores to the Company in line with an agreed strategy and timeline and at the required specification. This position would be an ideal fit for an entrepreneurial individual who enjoys making deals and identifying opportunities.

-  Implementation of a store opening vision
-  Overall responsibility for the entire Store opening process from identification to trade
-  Incorporate development and construction trends and best practices into the development.                  -  Assist in drafting and implementing a Development strategy in partnership with the Head of Property
-  Collaborate with Store Leaders to add value to each new store
-  Assist in ensuring a sustainable development pipeline
-  Manage professional teams to ensure that developments are delivered timeously and within      programme
-  Ensure that developments are delivered with good quality standards
-  Manage implementation of tenant installations
-  Value Engineering of development concepts & refinement to ensure the best possible store delivery
-  Ensure that Green and sustainable principles are implemented
-  Negotiate lease terms
-  Identify and research Store locations
-  Foster relationships with Landlords and property owners

Minimum of 3 years of Experience in the Property Industry.

As a Property Development Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Property and you will be responsible for providing a full Store opening service to the company. The role requires that you research positions, identify locations, negotiate leases and monitor implementation. You are also required to be a part of the Landlords professional team during the construction process in order to ensure the property is delivered as per specifications and at the highest quality.
