Description
A fast growing electrical company based in the East Rand is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dedicated to meet timelines/targets High regard for the quality of work.
- Good understanding of technical and engineering drawings related to Electrical Installations.
- Ensure Costs per project incurred are in line with specified BOQ (bill of quantities) and budget for the specific project.
- Accurate recording and management of projects in general in accordance with specifications
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience - 5 Years’ Experience within Commercial Electrical Industry. (This is beneficial)
- Project Management Knowledge - Knowledge of LV/MV switchgear. Knowledge of transformers, electrical substation equipment, and installations thereof. Able to work independently and under pressure. Strong personality, Honesty. Strong organizational skills, Conflict management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical construction.
- Computer literate (MS Office). Attention to detail. Meticulous.
- Administrate the Disciplinary function effectively, when required
- Working Environment Fast-Paced, Mature, Strong, meticulous work ethic and firm management skills. High work standard, Safety orientated, and Performance driven, Deadline focused, Quality orientated
- Electrical background in data centres is a MUST!)
