Description
The company is an integrated mining, energy, and infrastructure organization with operations in Africa with offices in the UK and the UAE. They are looking to appoint a young and energetic Project Cost Engineer (preferable Mechanical) to assist the COO and Group Assets in Africa. The position is based in Dubai and candidates must be based in Dubai or UAE citizen. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities

Analysis
Cost models in mining
Financial models
Build and embed a consistent global framework of operational, managerial, and administrative processes, reporting structures and controls
Compile business arena budgets to review and check and to compile into the operations budget
Monthly monitoring
Provide operational support

Mining Degree
Experience/Criteria
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent report writing skills
Analytical skills
