Description
Our company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee performance of factory production including efficiencies, quality and other relevant outputs.
- Assist, support, investigate and adhere to all SHERQ processes and policies
- Coordinate and support production targets
- Give support to the Production Manager
- ensuring that relevant KPIs are being met within each shift
- Plan & manage workload and workforce
- Maintain proper batch records and logbooks for production tasks performed
- Maintain high product availability and improve productivity
- Track inventory of raw materials
- Pick raw materials, receive finished goods and manage scrap
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / N3
- 3-5 Years’ experience in production environment will be an advantage. Computer literate
