Description

Currently in a supervision position within the manufacturing, production process, not support e.g. quality or planning
Duties & Responsibilities
Production Management:
Ensuring production is run according to production plan.
Supervision of set-ups and assisting with set-ups where required.
Supervision of staff under control.
Ensure that production employees are at their work stations during all shifts.
Assisting Machine Operators with problems that might arise during the production process.
Leading of Green area meetings
Repairs and maintenance:
Ensure that pre-start inspections are carried out by operators.
Report and log all breakdowns and repairs on Shopware.
Quality Assurance:
Health and Safety:
Training and assessment of employees:
Housekeeping:
Reporting:
Desired Experience & Qualification
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Matric. Tertiary qualification in production management or related advantageous. Artisan training also advantageous.
2 Years supervisory experience in production environment preferably in high output multi stage environment.
