This well establish business in the Agri Industry based in Kirkwood is currently looking for a Production Controller to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to optimise line productivity by management of line speeds and fruit drop allocation.
• Perform resource capacity planning on an ongoing basis.
• Identify and resolve process bottleneck and constraints.
• Optical sorter functional specialist relating to: Capability, calibration, verification, breakdowns and maintenance.
• Frequent communication and engagement with OEM’s and engineering department.
• Perform root cause analysis relating to quality system and equipment failures.
• Execute packing program within quality parameters and program requirements.
• Assume acting line management duties when required.

Requirements:

• BTech- or Engineering Diploma (Industrial- or Mechanical Engineering)
• Advance computer skills
• The ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment with very technology advanced equipment.
• Previous production environment experience will be an advantage.
