Description
Our client in the Agricultural Industry in Hoedspruit, has a vacancy for a Production and Compliance officer to join their team. The position will report directly to the Production Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for production administration, including capturing of all relevant data concerning harvesting, spraying and all other production related actions.
- Upkeep of all data from monitoring systems
- Arranging collection and processing of samples
- Keep and update filing system
- Responsible for all accreditations – GlobalGAP, TescoNuture, DALRRD registration & verifications, removal permits, orchard inspections.
- Stock control
- Renewal of vehicle licenses
- Ordering chemicals and fertiliser according to programme
- Production meeting minutes
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Computer literate
- Grade 12
- Communicates well in English
- Relevant work and production experience will be a benefit.
