A fantastic opportunity for a product UI UX designer to join a team of enthusiastic specialists developing product design strategies is available.

You will be turning insights into highly functional, attractive products (surface-orientated, both interactions and visuals) and building prototyping possibilities. You'll be part of building the tools that people use to run their businesses and serve their customers every day.

Requirements:

• Related qualification
• Three+ years of commercial UI product design experience
• Four to eight years’ work experience within design, software development, or related field
• Sketch
• Zeplin
• InVision
• Adobe Suite
• Atlassian Stack - specifically Jira
• Agile

Responsibilities:

• Together with the rest of the team, own and pioneer the design experience across products
• Create delightful, elegant and effective solutions to complex problems
• Be informed by user research, insights and interactions
• Brainstorm, iterate and test concepts and prototypes with real users
• Help evolve and maintain a design system, challenging it when needed
• Collaborate closely and successfully negotiate with software engineers to get your designs
• Take full responsibility for your work, owning it from concept to launch
• Keep yourself and the rest of the Product team up to date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies in product design and your wider field
• Help us scale our product design capabilities in terms of teams, tools and structures
