Description
Join a team that is constantly pushing the boundaries within their industry. As the Product Manager, you will be accountable for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned set of products / business area. This position forms a key role in the business team and will own the product prioritization, feature sets and lifecycle across business area. The position is the single point of accountability for the product-market fit. The job objectives include (but are not limited to):
- Product Management:
o Drives business requirements and product feature definition for each product portfolio to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital customer experience.
- Customer experience:
o Ensure a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints
o Drive mobile digital engagement through eCommerce channels based on customer preference and omnichannel strategies.
- Marketing:
o Support integrated Omnichannel marketing through dynamic and customer-lovable products (including mobile features and offers).
o Actively promote and advocate product features and customer-first product design.
- Operations:
o Drive exceptional customer services across omnichannel digital products.
o Adhere to and improve customer service levels across businesses and services.
- People and finance:
o Drive customer centric culture, processes and way of working.
o Plan, evaluate and manage budget for Product on a monthly and yearly basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Engineering or Marketing
- 4+ years' experience within he same or similar position
- Proven track record of successfully launching new mobile product features
- Certified Scrum or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
