Duties & Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research, monitoring industry innovations and performing competitive analysis.
- Articulating / evolving the product roadmap and team's vision.
- Developing tactical responses to deliver product value and competitiveness.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure that you and the team provide for the company's short- and long-term goals.
- Managing the components of the product delivery cycle, from slicing and user stories to testing and delivery.
- Managing your own and the team's availability - you will need to join / host meetings outside typical office hours from time to time.
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Critical thinker, skilled at blending different perspectives.
- Astute and proficient with numbers.
- Excellent leadership and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communicator / storyteller.
- Proven track record of developing products, preferably using Agile development methodologies.
- Good understanding of the software development cycle.
- Adaptable, structured and with a need to focus on the details.
- Domain knowledge of popular open-source content management and related business process systems.
- Familiarity with application and deep infrastructure integration as well as achieving application interoperability.
