Description
Responsible for process control, optimization, and design as well as technology transfer and facilities (existing and new).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Risks identification for new products as part of the industrialization, site process capability window ownership and.
- New products site engineering industrialisation of and handover to production.
- Local equipment specs ownership, work closely with Sector Process Engineering
- Facilitate safety assessments ad training lead manufacturing owners
- Lead the coordination of trials and the related data collection/analysis for the introduction of new product, new processes, and new equipment
- NPI process product support
- Continuous improvement initiatives and update/ maintain PFMEA
- CAPEX, EHS, capacity/efficiency, production capability Support evaluation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
- data analysis and statistical methods knowledge
- Production or Catalyst Manufacturing experience
- Batch process experience
- Travel and weekend/after-hours work required
