Description
Cornwall Hill College, a co-educational independent school in Irene, Centurion, invites applications for the post of a Preparatory School Physical Education Educator, to commence duties on 1 January 2024. We pride ourselves on providing a top academic educational experience within a holistic environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with pupils and teachers to enhance our support offering within the Preparatory School.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Teaching Physical Education in the Preparatory School.
- Generating engaging and innovative lesson plans.
- Continuous and willing contributions to the preferred co-curricular sporting programmes.
- Close teamwork and collegiality.
MUST HAVE:
- Relevant academic qualifications with SACE registration.
- Show evidence that they will support the Christian ethos and values of the College.
- Be proficient in using English as the language of learning, teaching and school communication.
- Have strong IT skills for administrative and teaching purposes.
- Intrinsically display a high level of emotional and interpersonal skills.
- Passionately seek opportunities for continuous professional development.
- Through their personality and commitment, drive participation and achievement of pupils in the preferred co-curricular sporting programmes.
- Successfully head up preferred school co-curricular sporting codes if required.
- Be at a distinct advantage if they are a competent cricket coach.
