Description
We're seeking a Portuguese speaking Credit Controller / Accounts Payable ,available for a Month-to-Month Contract Assignment + possible extension, based in Edenvale, Johannesburg.
Applicants must be fluent in and understand Portuguese.
Candidates without "Portuguese" listed as a language on their CV, will not be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Requesting statements from vendors and reconciliation of accounts
- Processing of invoices in accordance with country regulations and company compliance rules
- Preparing of payments, including validation of banking details
- Following up with vendors and operations on queries and missing invoices
- Reporting
- Allocation of payments
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must be fluent speaking Portuguese
- Matric
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Creditors / Account Payable
- Applicants must be South African or have a valid Work Permit.
- Solid, working knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of MS Office packages and other software packages
Package & Remuneration
- Salary: R100 per hour
- Contract: Monthly renewable (Month-to-Month)
