Description

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Training Manager who will be responsible for national field force training, and support medical information & drug safety.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

Field Force Training:

  • New Sales Rep product training course
  • New Product launches training
  • Training material collation, presentations
  • Refresher trainings for the Reps development
  • Product knowledge assignments and test
  • Soft skills training co-ordination with the HR team

Support Medical Information and Drug Safety:

  • Ensure all relevant information is given to the RA Manager for recording in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and recent medical information to health care professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance regarding pharmacovigilance.
  • Provide medical overview and approval of marketing materials.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high energy organization.
  • Commercial savviness.
  • Proven ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Track record of proven success in previous and current position.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the presentation and negotiation skills to go with it.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.

  • Tenacity in the face of challenging expectations.
  • Advanced computer skills - MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Management post graduate degree, with a basic degree, preferably in life sciences or pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in pharma training.
