Description
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Training Manager who will be responsible for national field force training, and support medical information & drug safety.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Field Force Training:
- New Sales Rep product training course
- New Product launches training
- Training material collation, presentations
- Refresher trainings for the Reps development
- Product knowledge assignments and test
- Soft skills training co-ordination with the HR team
Support Medical Information and Drug Safety:
- Ensure all relevant information is given to the RA Manager for recording in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and recent medical information to health care professionals.
- Ensuring compliance regarding pharmacovigilance.
- Provide medical overview and approval of marketing materials.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high energy organization.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Management post graduate degree, with a basic degree, preferably in life sciences or pharmacy.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in pharma training.
