Description

Sacred Heart College is a Marist Brothers school founded in 1889. Responsibilities

We seek to employ a person who:

  • has an innovative and progressive approach to teaching Grade 10-12 Computer Applications Technology, Grade 6-8 Computer Literacy and Coding.
  • has expertise in mobile application development.
  • has the vision to identify, and take advantage of, the opportunities offered by the school in developing a new curriculum in Grades 6-8.
  • can bring the rapidly changing world of ITC into the classroom, as well as the co-curricular programme to inspire and inform learners.
  • has knowledge of the assessment procedures of the Independent Examinations Board.
  • is able to work in a team which includes liaising with educators teaching in the GET phase.
  • is prepared to be part of a mentoring programme.
  • is able to understand and be committed to the Marist ethos and mission of the College.
