Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements

Maintain CRM system

Rebalance and maintain existing portfolios

Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)

Build and maintain good working relationships

Record details of transactions

Maintain Service Level agreement deadlines

Ensure FAIS Compliance

Provide input to continually improve our process and service levels.

Assist in maintaining a social media presence for the company.

CFP® graduate or currently enrolled in the CFP® program

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Afrikaans

Computer literacy (MS Office)
