Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Our client is looking for candidates who have worked in the Plastic and Paint manufacturing industry
Must have strong leadership background / experience
Key Performance Areas:
- To be able to comply with required production requirements
- Analyse protocol
- Ensure production processes are followed according to working instructions and procedures
- Instruct and procedures
- Instruct personnel if instructed are not be followed
- Ensure the general safety in the work area and prepare accident reports
- Responsible for general work areas tidiness
- If production deficiency, deploy personnel to clean work areas
- Conduct worxcell meetings about quality issues relayed back from the customer
- Initiate Countermeasures to avoid mistakes
- Must have ability to effectively supervise
- Direct and support hourly personnel in achieving goals of efficient paint processes
- Imitative and drive to identify actions needed to audaciously run a production shift
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements –
- Grade 12 and recognised tertiary diploma
- Highly computer literate
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a leadership potion
- 3-5 years’ experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing practices and processes
- Proven leadership experience with running a shift
- Good reporting writing skills
