Description
CallForce Direct is a specialised Call Centre recruitment company focusing on human development and empowerment of South Africans within the Call Centre environment.
Our client is based in the USA and is looking for experienced, dedicated and results orientated lead generation consultants who are able to interact with clients and a large team.
Successful candidates will receive full product and systems training. Successful candidates would also need to work in an office environment, on USA time zones in Sandton, Sunninghil.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell products and services with the intent of generating sales
- Screening and qualifying potential customers
- Build relationships
- Strategically drive numbers to meet target
- Effective embodiment of the given script
- Considerable and inalarming conversations over the phone with great tonality and accent
- Ensure excellent customer experience
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric (Compulsory)
Excellent communication skills
Neutral accent
Lead generation of 1-year minimum experience
Telesales or Telemarketing expereince an added advantage
Previous international outbound experience is preferred
Own reliable transport for flexible working hours (15h00pm - 23h00pm/ Monday-Friday and every second Saturday)
Clear Credit & Criminal Record.
Must be South African Citizen
