Our client is a life insurance company and diverse financial services group that operates across the African continent.

Their Compliance Department are looking for an Operations Manager with a Degree in Law  and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in compliance, legal, finance or IT, preferably building or managing operational programs and systems.

Develop a technology roadmap as well as design
Implement and manage compliance related technology initiatives
Develop, implement and manage a process to initiate, coordinate and administer applications for regulatory approvals
Investigate and make recommendations in respect of the innovative use of technology

-  Degree in Law
-  5 years relevant experience in compliance, legal, finance or IT
-  Sound understanding of financial sector regulations will be an advantage
-  Deep technical understanding on the use of technology platforms to drive efficiencies
-  Strong organisational, project management and execution skills
-  Proven technology-savvy skills
