Provide Technical Support

• Installation and management of Open source systems
• Monitoring and automation of Open source systems
• Participate in defining strategy around Open Source systems
• Install, configure, maintain and administer Linux / UNIX operating systems and components.
• Understanding and support of the following technologies. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NFS, NTP, Web servers, containerization and MySQL (Understanding and basic skill required for MySQL)
• Linux OS hardening
• RHEL Enterprise management
• RHEL Satellite implementation, configuration and ongoing support
• Identity Management and access to systems(RHEL IDM)
• AWS administration and support
• VMware virtualization support and management
• KVM virtualization support and management
• Kubernetes management and support
• Ansible implementation and ongoing support
• F5 Management and support
• Experience working with BASH and Python
• Provide training and upskilling of Engineers in ITO Team
• Interact with other departments to provide support
• Constant research of new technologies that may be beneficial the group

• Grade 12
• Any relevant Linux qualifications
• Any relevant Open Source qualifications
