A well established law firm in Parktown is currently looking for a Newly Qualified Attorney (Admitted in the last 24 month's) within their foreclosure litigation department.

• Ideally someone who has experience working on bank panels and knowledge of deceased estates,
• A litigation secretary could also be considered , however, you would to have the requisite experience with the banks and deceased estates.

Experience/Education:

• LLB
• Admitted to the High Court
• Litigation experience
• Deceased Estate experience
