Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Team located in Rosslyn
- Monitoring & attending to 1st line Network problems, Data Centre issues and cabling faults on a rotational shift pattern.
- Assist customers and ensure production network is reliable and maintained
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:;
- Matric + IT Qualification: Degree / Diploma
- Minimum of 2+ years' work experience in IT Networks
- Minimum qualification required: CCNA, Knowledge of LAN/WLAN/WAN
- South African citizens only
Technical / Functional skills (e.g. SAP module, Java, Microsoft Azure etc.)
- Network Skills: LAN / WLAN /WAN
- Cisco networking certifications
- Technical skills in IT Cabling
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills •
