Natural Science Intersen Phase Educator
Job Summary
The Natural Science Teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering instruction in the Natural Science curriculum to students in grades 4-7. The teacher will create a positive and supportive learning environment, and will use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students. The teacher will also assess student learning and provide feedback to help students improve their academic performance

- Lesson planning and delivery
- Extramural planning and delivery
- Development of learning materials and resources
- Assessment planning, administration and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Must be SACE registered
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of learners.
- Ability to conduct practicals
- Must be able to explain scientific concepts to learners with barriers to learning
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience in an LSEN environment would be beneficial.
