Description
A reputable company within the insurance industry is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join their team as a Motor Insurance Recoveries and Liabilities consultant
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ability to attend to Merit assessments
- Drafting of Letters of Demand, Acknowledgment of Debt agreements, offers of settlement
- Attend to correspondence; broker and client updates
- Appointing tracers
- Negotiating settlement
- Adherence to monthly targets
- Accurate data capturing and reporting
- Providing monthly reports to clients
Candidates should be diligent, punctual and have excellent communication skills. Candidate will have to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail. Claims are to be processed timeously and accurately and regular feedback will have to be provided to clients and brokers. Candidate is expected to be a team player who fits in with the work ethic and culture of the department.

- Computer literate
- Experience in recoveries and 3rd party claims essential
