Description

We're seeking an experience Mobile Devices Technical Support Consultant : 6 - 12 Months Contract KZN who will Support all aspects of Mobile Device Lifecycle and provide mobile technical support.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in the mobile data and voice arena
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device data  and voice device conflicts 
  • Communicate clearly with client to offer an effective resolution
  • Proactive tracking and management of Requests for service
  • Defined updates to clients as per standard operating procedures 
  • Quality assessment of service fulfilment tasks to ensure its right first time
  • Technical support for handset setup at client on-boarding
  • Incident handling relating to coverage complaints
  • Defined updates to clients as per standard operating procedures
  • Complaint and query handling within defined SLA/OLA TATs

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Diploma
  • Must have + 3 years’ Mobile Device technical Support experience
  • Essential All experience must be in the mobile sector (voice and data)
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a client facing role
  • ITIL foundation certification, advantageous

Package & Remuneration

  • Salary : R118 per hour 
  • Contract: 6 - 12 Months
