Description
Couple Management position's available in Louis Trichardt / Makahado
All rounder lodge management couple (with no dependents, no pets allowed) required by a busy and friendly Lodge near Louis Trichardt (Makahado), Limpopo Province.
Must have previous experience and a passion for this industry.
One person must be able to do maintenance.
Must love:
Cooking, baking & possibly sewing.
Working with the public.
Must be:
Computer literate.
Creative and use initiative.
Team-worker & well presented.
Willing to learn.
Must have:
Friendly personality.
Sober habits.
Good staff relations.
Drivers licences
Live-in essential – accommodation, meals, electricity & water, domestic worker, DSTV, etc. provided.
Duties:
Reception
Guest liason
Housekeeping
Stock control
Purchasing/ordering stock
Staff management
Restaurant management
Function co-ordinating
Kitchen management (must be able to assist in the kitchen too – baking, cooking, etc)
Maintenance
AFRIKAANS A MUST.
