Our client who manages a number of aparthotels in Cape Town requires the assistant of a Maintenance Assistant.  Ideally you will be an all-rounder with knowledge in electrical issues, plumbing, aircon units, general maintenance and upkeep.  You will need to liase with the housekeeping and management team to ensure the all issues are report and quotes obtained from sub-contractors or specialist service suppliers.
