Your eye for detail and ability to rally a team is uncanny. Your administrative skills are unrivalled, and you are able to work under pressure- the more challenging the task, the better! You communicate incredibly well and are able to deliver results in an accurate and timely manner.

 

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be helping the team with their ever-increasing admin needs. The role will start out with a focus on delivery and order processing and will develop as you progress within the role and organization, which means your ability for growth is unstoppable.

 

You’ll be liaising with customers and suppliers to arranging deliveries and processing purchase orders with overseas suppliers. Your admin sills will be developed, and your days will be varied as you communicate with our wonderful clients and suppliers throughout your everyday dealings.

In a dynamic, strong and stable family owned and run business, who is a leading supplier of food ingredient and process raw material in South Africa. With an impressive international supplier list that is over 50 strong and a diverse, stable client base they are on a rapid path for growth.  Despite COVID they are having their best year ever – can anyone say, “Recession Proof industry”? You will be in a team of 6 wonderful, quirky individuals who believe in developing their skills and having fun while doing it.

 

What you’ll need

A degree or diploma in Logistics or similar qualification is essential, as well as your own transport and the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in both English and Afrikaans (German would be advantageous). It would be advantageous if you are a recent graduate or have at least 1-2 years of experience within a similar role and are able to work under pressure.
