THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO
- Teach Physical Science (Grade 10 & 11) and Natural Science (Grade 9)
- Engender a healthy environment for development, learning and growth.
- Be prepared to work according to the St Patrick’s College Christian ethos, specifications and policies.
- Have a love for children and an ability to interact and communicate with them.
- Have competent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the capacity to develop and sustain new teaching ideas.
- Be knowledgeable and comfortable within an IT environment. The ability to work in a Google Classroom environment is recommended
Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- All applicants must be suitably qualified for the relevant position. As a minimum, a B.Sc. is required or a B.Ed. specialising in Science and Biology or Maths.
- A track record of successful Science teaching at Senior School level.
- All applicants must be National Register for Sex Offenders (NRSO) compliant.
- Educators must be currently registered with SACE
