Our client, in the Manufacturing Industry and situated in the Northen Suburbs, require the services of a professional Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner who is comitted to quality patient care
Duties & Responsibilities
Care and manage the physical, psychological and social well-being of employees in a safe working environment
Conduct placement, exit medicals
Risk assessments, IOD’s
Referrals, Follow Up On Chronic Employees
Send weekly stats and certificates of fitness to relevant departments
Dispensing of medication for minor illnesses,
Internal and External Audits
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric with a tertiary qualification in General Nursing, Midwifery and Occupational Health Nursing with sound knowledge in the provision of Occupational and Primary Health Care Services
Registered Nurse
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency and general administration functions
Experience in the treatment of Injuries on Duty and COID administration
Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport
5 - 8 years working experience within a Manufacturing environment
