Description
B-Sure Group Holdings is looking for a young, dynamic LLB graduate to join their team within the compliance department. Candidate will be required to act as assistance to the Compliance Officer in overseeing all necessary compliance aspects.
- Legal articles can be faciliated
Duties & Responsibilities
The legal/ compliance assist will be required to do the following:
- Identify functions and business practices requiring compliance activities and assist the compliance officer
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate the compliance program and monitor its implementation
- Revise the compliance program in response to the changing needs of the organization, laws, and governmental policies
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the compliance plan and the related activities to ensure they promote an institutional culture favorable to compliance
- May have to help the Compliance Officer to coordinate with other organizational functions such as human resources, legal affairs, and others, educational and training programs focusing on the elements of the compliance program to ensure that the whole staff is knowledgeable of and comply with applicable federal, state, and industry standards
- Other relevant duties as needed
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Reliable transport
- Completed LLB Degree, looking to do legal articles
- Previous admin/ legal experience would be advantageous
- Strong administrative skills and detailed orientated
- Keen interested in becoming a compliance professional
Package & Remuneration
R 6 - 10 k CTC pm dependent on experience
