Our client is looking to hire a Life Insurance Broker (New Business Development)
Duties & Responsibilities
Ther brokerage sells the following insurance products:
- Allan Gray
- PPS
- Discovery
- Auto & General
- Sanlam
- Old Mutual
- Momentum
- Brightrock
Candiate must be:
- Must be target orientated, passionate, driven and hard-working.
- Must be able to work in a past pace environment and work well under pressure.
- Must be comfortable with driving to government hospitals to meet with clients, as they only service the medical client base.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- RE5 Certificate
- Minimum 2 years sales experience relevant to the short-term insurance industry.
- Personal and commercial lines class of business certificates, date of first appointment (DOFA) is from April 2018 onwards.
- Confirmation that last cycle 18 CPD points have been achieved.
- Experience with both personal and commercial lines
- Own reliable transport
- Driver’s license
- Must be comfortable with driving to government hospitals to meet with their clients
Package & Remuneration
- Basic salary: R18 000 - R25 000
- Commission offered
