Description

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Dictaphone typing.

Drafting of legal documents.

Attending to clients.

Answering of switchboard.

Taking messages and making appointments.

Sorting and distribution of mail.

Assisting with general management of office – ordering of stationery & purchasing of consumables etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and knowledge of conveyancing & commercial secretarial processes would be advantageous.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A minimum of 4 years’ experience would be advantageous.

The candidate must have a code 08 Drivers licence and must reside locally.

 

Salary offered: Negotiable – experience related.
