Duties & Responsibilities

The Learning Programmes Administrator will be expected to provide value add to the Learning Programmes Unit and the Learning Programmes Specialist by performing the following functions:

 

  • General administration of Learning Programmes Contracts and grants;
  • Offer administrative support regarding activities of the MQA’s Learning Programmes Standing Committee
  • Co-ordinate and control internal and external documents for the Learning Programmes Unit
  • Maintain the Learning programmes Learner Data base;
  •  Build capacity of users of the MQA database in relation to learning programmes;
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer service;
  • Assist and participate in the administrative requirements necessary for monitoring and evaluation, learner verification activities and grant processing
  • Perform any other duties delegated by Learning Programmes Specialists and Unit Manager

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Minimum of NQF Level 6
  • National Diploma/Degree in Administration/HR Management/Training/Management/Operations Management/ Public Management;
  • At least two years’ experience in administration;
  • Knowledge of document management systems;
  • Knowledge of key legislation or regulations such as the Mines Health and Safety Act, the Skills Development Act, etc will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of learning programmes administration and management processes particularly learning programmes agreements will be an advantage;

 

Package & Remuneration

R 14 232.00 Per Month.
